IWM Consultants/Staff

Jessica Harwood (she/her) has been attending classes and community meditations at Insight Western Mass since 2009. She has attended retreats at IMS and IMCW. In her role as Programming Coordinator, she assists the Programming Committee to create the schedule for courses, retreats, and Dharma talks. She is grateful to be doing this work with committed teachers and sangha members, striving to create diverse and inclusive programs.

Casper Lucia (they/them) is the Programming, Outreach, and Administrative Coordinator at IWM. Mindfulness has been an important part of their life for the past three years and they are excited to grow and learn with the sangha. In their free time, they enjoy nature walks and making art of all sorts.
