By Kim Weeber, IPV Teacher
Practicing meditation can be a lot like practicing playing the piano. We learn the basics, and gradually improve our ability to play and enjoy the music. However, it's always useful to go back and practice the basic scales again, and see if there's anything that we could learn a little more deeply. If you have any interest in exploring the basics again, to see if there is a way to practice that might suit you better, or relearn some of the basics of the Buddhist teachings again, such as the Four Noble Truths, please join us for this overview of the basic meditation practices and Buddhist teachings. Everyone is welcome! Join Kim for Beginners/Beginner's Mind Meditation a 6-week series beginning Sunday, April 5, 10am.
