By Kim Weeber, IPV Teacher

Have you ever wondered if there is something more to practice that following your breath? Have you ever wondered what the Buddha recommended about how we can take practice into our lives? If so, you may want to check out some of his most complete teachings on both how to practice, and how we can live in a way that brings us more ease.

In The Four Noble Truths, we will talk about practical aspects of the teachings that you can use in your life, as well as an overview of the teachings.  I personally have found his teachings on skillful effort to be very helpful.  Nice to know ways to get out of being stuck in negativity!

Join me for this 5-week course beginning Tuesday, February 25, 7:00pm.
